Original handmade chitarra made of wood and metal, this utensil is used to prepare the traditional Pasta alla Chitarra. This product has two covered sides of different sizes. You can make spaghetti alla chitarra/taglierini 3mm wide or tagliatelle 6mm wide.

Including a 50cm beechwood rolling pin
