Pasta Bonetti Ltd. does its utmost to provide quality products to its clientele. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers and our aim is to provide excellent service.
Your details will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to third parties. Your email address may be used for newsletter purposes by Pasta Bonetti GmbH.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that payment information, in particular about undisputed debts and debts unpaid after the due date, as well as debt collection information and address data, if applicable, will be forwarded to CRIF AG in Zurich for legitimate use as a credit reference agency. CRIF will use the data to check your identity and creditworthiness and disclose it to authorised third parties. Payment histories may be analysed by CRIF on the basis of mathematical-statistical calculation methods for automated decision-making, in particular for assessing a person's creditworthiness.
The purchase of a course is binding. The invoice must be paid in consideration of the payment deadline or, in the case of short-term bookings, by the day of the course. Cash payment on the course day is also possible. (We do not have an electronic payment terminal).
Pasta Bonetti GmbH reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient bookings and without giving further reasons up to 5 days before the course starts. You then have the option of taking part in another course day or reclaiming your payment.
You can cancel the booked course up to 30 days before the course starts, the cancellation fee is CHF 30.00. Cancellations are not possible at a later date and the course will be charged at 100%.
- The prices in the shop are in CHF incl. VAT. Not included in the price are the costs for packaging and shipping. For orders over 50.00 CHF, postage is waived for customers with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
The goods will be shipped by B-Post.
1-5 working days after receipt of payment
If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss by post lies with the buyer.
Postage costs for deliveries outside Switzerland will be charged separately for each order.
Cancellation of the order
Cancellation is only possible before delivery.
A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.
If the customer is not satisfied with the delivered products, he/she can contact our customer service either by telephone on 081 302 76 01 or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to make use of our "money back guarantee", any complaint must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, i.e. on the day of delivery. The amount paid for the defective goods will be credited to the customer's account. The credit note is valid for one year. Pasta Bonetti GmbH reserves the right to demand proof of the defect before crediting the amount.
- Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery or defective goods.
